Family Friendly Holiday Yoga at Squaw Valley
Ring in the season with tranquility in mind, body, and spirit! Wanderlust Studio yoga teachers will guide students of all levels through family-friendly transformative flow sequences integrated with meditation and restorative poses. Classes are skillfully sequenced to live music, helping to align your energy with the transitional grounding of the winter season.
